Notice of required approval:
We must receive a letter of approval on official letterhead for all events before accepting a request.

If the event is taking place outside of the Fort Worth or Dallas Diocese, we must receive the appropriate local approval, in addition to permission from the Diocesan Office where the event will take place. The Friars will need to send documentation from our community to the Diocesan Secretary.
